The best way to achieve this is to cut down on products that have colouring agents in them, one of the biggest culprits of this is cigarettes. Most smokers find that their teeth will yellow over time, whilst tooth whitening can reverse some of this, it is highly recommended that you quit smoking to achieve the whiter than white look. Once you have had your teeth whitened, follow the advise of your dentist and wash your teeth three times a day. If it is convenient, try to wash them after every meal as well. You should look at tooth whitening as an investment, dont waste this investment by discolouring them so soon after the treatment. |
