You can find all kinds of how to information about real estate investing today. You can by books, tapes and courses, maybe even go to a couple of seminars and learn some good techniques and education is a powerful thing but the problem is you get really excited you get all pumped up ready to start making some real money but you just dont know where to start. Maybe youve even found a couple of houses to flip but your not quite sure if they are a good deal so you dont do anything, you pass and then the next thing you know someone else picked up those deals and hit a home run. Once again you are left standing on the sidelines wondering what if so you just go right on back to work business as usual day after day doing the same thing over and over expecting something in your life to change or get better. You never give yourself the chance put all this wonderful new education to work because there always seems to be something else that is more important than looking for a new deal or writing out that business plan or setting goals. They say knowledge is power. I say knowledge without application is useless. The world is full of educated failures.
